These are Block Prints done with white or colored ink on Tshirt brands ( George, Blue Mountain, or Next Level ).  Hand made by the Artist so each shirt is slightly unique.  Using a screen print type Ink so Tshirt can be heat dried for quicker turn around.  I also have some designs that use black ink on light colored tshirts.
